Back Stabilization Programs - Personalized exercises to help you with your specific back pain

Physical Reconditioning - If you have been on bed rest, due to illness, we can strengthen your muscles to get you back to work or sport.

Ergonomic Assessments - A physiotherapist will come to your office and assess your work station for the use of proper body mechanics while sitting, typing, writing, reaching.  He/She then makes suggestions of how to adapt your desk area to make it as ergonomic as possible, therefore reducing strain.

Functional Abilities Evaluations - An extensive process that tests all of your abilities (standing, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, reaching, stairs, hand dexterity, etc.).  This is done in a report and can be submitted to your disability insurance company or your employer.

Ind ividual Exercise Program - A physiotherapist will assess your needs and personalize a workout program for you to use.

Acupuncture - Certain physiotherapists have completed post graduate training to allow them to perform this modality. It is the use of needles in decreasing pain.

Golf Seminars - One of our physiotherapists will put on a seminar on getting ready for golf season (all the stretches and strengthening that you should do to help prevent injury and/or improve your game).
